Set on the serene shores of Lake Anna, the Rest & Reset: Yoga & Journaling Retreat offers the perfect backdrop for rest and renewal—just two hours from the bustling energy of Washington, D.C.. Mornings begin with a grounding vinyasa yoga practice, followed by guided journaling sessions designed to help you reflect, gain clarity, and reconnect with your inner voice. Throughout your stay, you’ll be held in a peaceful, nature-filled environment and nourished by thoughtfully prepared meals from a private chef—creating space for you to unplug, slow down, and simply be.

You’ll return home not only rested, but realigned with who you are and how you want to live.

Accomodation Options

King Experience — $1,100 per person

Shared king bed in a spacious, thoughtfully designed room. Ideal for friends attending together or those seeking a more elevated, comfortable retreat experience.

Community Room — $875 per person

Shared bunk-style accommodations in a warm, communal setting. Perfect for those open to connection, community, and a more social retreat experience.

  • Daily guided vinyasa yoga classes each morning by the lake

  • Luxury lake house with private dock, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, hot tub, fire pit, billards, shuffle board, and more

Join Seara and friends every Sunday morning in May for a mindful and expansive vinyasa flow in the heart of the city. Before beginning your Sunday rituals, awaken the body with gentle stretching and mindful breathing surrounded by trees and nature in our nation’s capital. Come as you are – no pressure, no expectations.

Meet at the top of Meridian Hill Park near the entrance at Euclid St NW. Come prepared with a mat, towel, water, and other supplies you may need.
